Exchange and Returns Policy

Before starting any exchange or product return procedure, the customer must inform our customer service via Whatsapp (11) 99980-3551.

KEEP AN EYE FOR INFORMATION:

- The customer must pay close attention to the description and technical information of the products;

- The product's TAG must never be violated or removed.

- It is important to always have the invoice received and the purchase transaction emails as a guarantee;

- Whoever receives the order must always check the purchase items and the invoice at the time of delivery and never accept a product with a broken seal. If there is any problem (broken seal, damage, absence of an item or discrepancy between the invoice and the contents), refuse the order and after checking, do not sign the stub. Then inform the reason for refusal on the back of the invoice and proof of delivery, and immediately contact our customer service via Whatsapp (11) 99980-3551.

- You must always be over 18 years old at the delivery location to receive the item. If the buyer himself does not have time available, the person responsible must be informed how to proceed. Delivery may be made to third parties, such as doormen, relatives or friends. After the check, a signature in full from the person responsible for receiving it will be required along with their ID number on the invoice stub.

- Bravuh is entirely responsible for the quality of all products throughout the journey, while transported to your zip code. Once delivery has been registered, responsibility for the integrity of the product immediately falls to the person who received it. The same applies in the case of gifts delivered to third-party addresses.

- The deadline for requesting an exchange is 12 (twelve) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product in the delivery zip code.

- The deadline for requesting a return or cancellation is 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product in the delivery zip code.

- Any and all requests for exchange, return or cancellation of purchases made online must be made through our customer service support. Get in touch and request this procedure, providing your full name, order number and the buyer's CPF number;

- In the case of an exchange, if the desired product is out of stock, at the time of the request, we will cancel the order, with a 100% refund.

- If we notice any divergence, signs of misuse, bad faith, absence of invoice, accessories, manuals or any other item that accompanies the part and the original packaging, we disclaim responsibility for complying with the customer's request, returning the collected product to your delivery zip code without refunding the amount paid, and the entire return process will be canceled.

CASE OF RETURN DUE TO REGRET:

- To make returns in case of regret or withdrawal, we offer a period of 07 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the purchase in the delivery zip code. The returned product must always be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, in addition to being presented together with the original coupon or 1st copy of the invoice. It is also necessary not to remove or violate the TAG. Upon receipt of a refund, we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer if any of the items do not meet the stated standards. Therefore, in this case, return shipping will be borne by the customer. The product being in perfect condition, the amount will be 100% refunded, upon receipt and analysis of the product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

- We offer our customers up to 7 calendar days, after receiving the product, to exchange defective products, following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code, upon presentation of the original coupon or the 1st copy of the invoice, and being the product in the original packaging and without signs of use.

- The returned product will undergo analysis and, if a manufacturing defect is found, a new product, the same or similar to the one purchased, will be sent to the customer. It is also necessary that the TAG must not be removed or violated.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns and return the product to the customer if any of the items do not meet the stated standards. In this case, return shipping will be 100% at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR COLOR OF THE SAME PRODUCT:

- To exchange the same product for another color or size, contact our customer service at (11) 99980-3551 within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. The deadline for shipping the new product is up to 7 working days after receipt and analysis of the item, upon receipt of the original coupon or the first copy of the invoice, as long as the product and packaging are in perfect condition.

-In case of first exchange, shipping will be paid by Bravuh. If the customer chooses to make other exchanges of the same order, the shipping/freight costs will be borne by the customer.

- We do not exchange products with damage or signs of use; the TAG must also not be removed or violated.

RETURNS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

-If you partially return your order, you will be charged shipping costs if the quantity of products you received does not reach the value of R$500.00 (which is our minimum value to receive the free shipping bonus).
